Resource Directory for Pennsylvania Services and Health Care Providers
This is a database of services and health care providers in Pennsylvania, including health care providers trained to diagnose and treat individuals with HIV/AIDS.
There are two ways to search for providers, both are accessible from the menu links to the left.
- Search by Zip Code: The zip code search allows you to locate providers that are up to 20 miles from a specific zip code. Just enter a zip code, select a maximum number of miles that you wish to travel, select the type of service you are looking for, and then click the "Find" button. Your results will be a list of providers that meet your criteria.
- Search by County: You may also wish to search by County. Just click on a County in the Pennsylvania map to display local service providers.
